Thank you for shopping with Manifest thread. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you make a purchase from our store.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may be slightly longer.

  • If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Printed Decks – 3–5 Business Days

  • Hand-Painted Decks – 7–10 Business Days

Delivery times may vary based on location and design chosen. If bought as a gift and on a time crunch, please place your order in advance to avoid any delays to get your board ready on time.

3. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur return shipping deductions.

4. Shipment Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Intricacy of designs

  • High processing volumes

  • Incorrect address details

  • Weather conditions

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen events.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • All packages are dropped at the doorstep of the mentioned address.

  • If you’d like it hand delivered to someone specific, please mention it on the checkout page.

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

6. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will assist with replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple shipments will be delivered together and not separately.

8. Order Cancellation After Shipment

if you need to cancel an order please do so within 24 hours of purchase.
